Went well. Savvy lady service manager tutored me on some of the advanced features of my newly acquired 2010 Subaru Forester. I took it to the dealer for factory fluids and parts and to establish a maintenance baseline on my Sube for future reference. Nice waiting room with remote for the TV, plenty of reading matter, but the courtesy computers were not accessible. Good coffee. Employees courteous. Mildly surprised at dealer service charges these days. Hope they stand behind their work. I've no reason to believe they won't at this time.

Auto Sales
Arrived at there terminator sale. Turns out all the advertising was just marketing fluff. Called 3 times prior going to ask for details, each time was only told where the sale was and that it was 79.00 down and 79.00 a month. After selecting a vehicle all the other fees were added, the total was over 700.00. Also had to stand around for over an hour waiting for a sales agent just to approach us. After flagging one down the promotional manger wasnt interested at getting up to help us at all.

The mechanic we like is David Ash. There is another mechanic I do not care for. The last time we were there they gave us a deal repairing my car. Our bill should have been a lot higher than it was. He stayed with the problem until it was fixed, and he did a fantastic job. I'll use them again.

It was a very good experience, actually. The salespeople were patient and followed up with me. They kept up with service on my vehicle. They didn't rush into anything and were very knowledgeable. The kind of things you look for in a good car salesman instead of the normal car salesman things that most people get.
