Exterior Painting
It was interesting. This is a one-man operation. I hired him over some painting companies because I am a single woman and would be away from home when most of the work was done. He seemed intelligent and non-threatening, and his estimate was 1/2 of the others. He told me it would take 10 days since he was doing it alone. It took three weeks. He only works 1/2 days but does come on weekends. He is a nice guy but slow and sloppy. We didn't agree about whether he was finished or not. I wanted him to remove some splatters from the brick, roof, and windows. I also wanted him to retouch the door and some awkward areas. He didn't want to do it and ultimately did not come back to finish.
