From the first time I made my phone call to the office, until the time the repairmen left my house, I felt like General appreciated my business, and they worked hard to earn it. Hard working, honest, small American business. It's the service philosophy this country was built on, tell the truth, do the right thing, and do it well. I felt good about writing them the check. Go American! Go General Heating and Cooling!

As someone who used to do this type of work many years ago, I couldn't have been more pleased. Bob Batterman and his crew do installations with quality first and speed second. Their aren't a lot of real craftsman left in this fast paced world so General Heating & Cooling should be very proud of the good people they have.

They showed up within a day or so of our call in requesting their services. They were very respectful and let us know what they were doing. They didn't have any hidden charges and they didn t leave any mess in our home.

When the gentleman from General Heating & Cooling came in, he went right over and turned up the thermostat. He waited a couple of minutes and told us he was waiting for the furnace to click on. When it did he didn't hear anything, he said it was probably the blower motor.
