They arrived within the arranged time frame and carried in the new TV and stand. They moved my old TV to the side. They stated that they did not have room on their truck to take my old TV and said that they would email the store. They set up the stand and TV. They connected my DVD and Wii, but told me they could not connect my VHS player because a splitter was needed. This was not correct, the connect was in the box that came with the TV. They did not complete the installation of the DVD player. There was another part that needed to be installed. It was also in the box. They did not wait for the TV to finish installing the software update so they could not completely review all of the features with me. They told me that there was no paper manual (it was in the box too). They did do a good job of cleaning up the packaging materials and took them away.

After they felt, I call the store and talked to the store manager. He apologized for them not taking may old TV (the main reason that I hired this done) and arranged for his regular delivery crew to pick up the TV. They did it the same day. Great recovery by the store manager.

Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of knowledge by the Greek Squad and in fact they told me several things that were incorrect. After I reviewed the manual, both paper and on the TV, I finished the install myself. They were nice guys and cleaned up well, but disappointed in several ways.

I did not like the way they will handle the repair so I told them that I will not use their service.  They won?t take no for an answer and I don?t like that and I don?t think that is professional.  

My experience was the best I've ever had with some one coming in and installing. He never spent any time chatting. He did the job right, quickly, and cleaned up after himself. The installation its self was exceptional.
