Gateway Tire Service Center

The staff was awesome. We had brought in 3 vehicles this week and each time were treated with honesty, consistency, and effeciency. It does not matter what service is being done, we are always treated right.

They had the tires that I needed in stock and were able to put them on my car within a few hours. They did not call me when the work was complete, as they had said that they would. But when we called them back, they let me know that the car was ready. It was a good experience.

It went very well the work was done while we waited and it didn't take a long time. I would definately go here again.

Yesterday I had a flat, came into the store on the spare (donut) tire and left the other thinking it would have to be replaced due to the piece of metal I ran over. They not only patched and repaired, they put on my car, placed the spare in the compartment and said and quot;no chargeand quot;. Excellent professionalism and courtesy. These guys are fabulous. They get all my business!

I've been doing business with this particular Gateway (Yale and Covington Pike) for 6 years. Jon, the service manager, is unmatched in customer service in my experience. He remembers my name even if I haven't been in his shop in a year. He is always forthright about what needs to be done, and also what can wait if there are budgetary constraints.
I have limited experience with Gateway for general service, but for tire and suspension work, I can't offer high enough praise for these guys and especially Jon.

I last used their service a few months ago. They are the only place that I take my car to. They even tell me when I don't need to do something. I have no complaints with them. They always get it done when they say but sometimes you have to wait a little bit for it. They are always crowded and they got plenty of customers. I usually just drop it off and go back to get it. They usually get it finished in a day so I'm not without my car. Their price is fair.

My husband is very pleased with them. It was a good interaction overall.

My car was in our garage and wouldn't start. We'd just moved to town and didn't have a place to take our cars yet. Gateway was close so I went in and talked with them. The manager there spoke with me and was very helpful in figuring out a plan to get my car in to them. My car was towed to their shop and I was allowed to just pay that part with my total bill rather than having to make two different payments. They got my car in the very same day and found out what was wrong, called me to let me know, fixed it, and it was ready to pick up at the end of they day. I was pleased with the prompt, helpful service. Since then, we've had a few minor issues on our other car and have also taken our cars there for oil changes. They're helpful and good about getting the car in and out as quickly as possible.

While they were changing one of the tires of car, they also checked out my car. They are responsive and give quality service to me.
