However, a year later the fence side with gate is completely non-working (sagging, doesn't open without great force, has to have a brink behind it to keep it closed). Ronnie came out to determine problem and stated that he can't fix the fence that he built for what another person quoted me ($350). I am going to have to pay someone else to rebuild that entire side.
