I was highly recommended by my neighbor about this company. I called them this morning and they came in the morning before 10.30. when its 90 degrees in your house. Its refreshing to have it done that soon. The gentleman was very professional and he even cleaned my ac unit. He explained all of what needed to be done, and I would highly recommend this company and I will definatly use them again.

They immediatly diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and were gone in under thirty minutes.

My neighbor recommended them to me.  He was great.  I spent around $150 on that work.  He was great. 

He was on time. He was very honest. He was extremely patient. He was very personable. He was courteous and kind. His responsiveness was good. He was very professional.

I had called Federal because they do my yearly maintenance for our air conditioning unit. They explained to me that Freon is no longer being used in air conditioning units anymore and that the new systems have something better for the environment in them. Unfortunately, they have additional costs when converting over. They were able to find me a new unit that still uses Freon. It was kind of like a left over unit but still brand new. This saved me a great deal of money, which I am very happy about. I will continue to use them every spring for service.
