Contractor was not thorough enough. Spent a lot of time chatting and not enough really investigating. Dismissed the idea there was mold in my basement, but the test came back that it was a huge problem. When I called ServPro they asked for the mold report's protocol (which tells them where the mold is in the basement) but this vendor did not supply it. He could not tell me where the mold was or what specifically was causing it. I believe mold inspectors are supposed to do that. We confirmed that there is a mold problem -- that's good. But I have no idea what to do about it. That's really bad.
