A 3-man crew came out and they removed and reinstalled the new windows. They also replaced rotted wood and sealed it and cleaned everything up. They got the whole job done in one day. The owner handles any problems you have and he does the estimates. If they say there is a warranty they will take care of it. They also cap all the wood on the outside of the house with aluminum. Our neighbor used them and we talked to her and she had no problems with them as well. They were the same price as 3 other companies I got quotes from and their pricing was competitive.
