Dunrite Lawn Landscape & Tree Service

Started off with a bang. Did a good job, friendly, easy to work with. The job he did was adequate, but not spectacular. For the price, he did fine. As time went on he started to show up less and less until he finally just stopped showing at all. The yard looked a wreck and his phone number was disconnected. I'd set him up on automatic payments through my electronic banking, so I'm sure he got one, if not two payments for services not rendered. With no way to contact him and no contact from him, I asked neighbors for another recommendation and have hired a different service. Not sure what happened, but I won't worry about it. He'll never have my business again. A very unprofessional end to roughly one year of work.

The job involved trimming hedges, small trees, the weeding of flower beds, removal of a large amount of tree debris due to frequent storms, removal of leaves, pine needles, etc. Noticing other areas, Dunrite sprayed for weeds in many areas, cut back overgrown monkey grass and sprayed weeds growning up through cracks in the driveway at no-charge.
These folks are personable, professional and honest. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

,As usual, Greg was on time to begin the work and finished in a very timely manner leaving my yard looking great. His crew was concerned that I was happy and everything was left just as I wanted.

On the phone when I made the appointment he said he's show between 10 and 12. He called again the day of the appt. at 10:30 to tell me he was on his way and to verify my address., and showed up right on time. He was very friendly. I told him what I wanted done and he did that plus some!!! He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. My yard was so bad he asked if he could take pictures for his advertising. I told him to go ahead. Considering he did so much extra on a third of an acre, for such a low price, I felt that more than fair.

There's been a lot of limb clean-up to do so far this year thanks to the ice storms and other severe weather. Greg is great about checking in by phone or driving by after storms because he knows I'm sometimes too busy with work to call him when something extra needs to be done. It really helps me that he's proactive about keeping the property looking nice without being pushy... I needed someone who could manage the upkeep, and he's doing a great job at it.

This is my second year working with Greg, and he's an amazing professional - the work is ALWAYS done well, and on time, and he's very flexible with my schedule.
It's sort of awesome to come home to a spotless and perfectly mowed yard!
