DRYER VENT MAN

Great service - as advertised! This was my second experience. The first was around $110 and then if you have it done within a year, its $85. It really works too! Clothes dry faster in each case.

He is real good. He goes up in the attic. I have a screwy system. The dryer is in the center of the house. I have a really high pitched roof. They ran the vent vertically in the roof line. Its like fifty feet. He goes up in the attic, to see if its still attached. I had the roof redone like three years, or two years ago. They detached it. He went up there. He had to reattached it. He asked if I had any worked done, because it was not attached, and I told him the roof was redone three years ago. He attached it again, and he is real good. That is the second time I have used him. He is really good.

Very well. He came within 2 days of calling him, called when he was running a little late, finished the job quickly and was very helpful. Left everything clean and ready to go.

I noticed that the clothes weren't drying the way they should. Also noticed that there was no air flow from the outside vent flap and was worried about a lint fire. I called Jason at 3pm today and he said he was busy the next couple of days but said he'd fit me in this evening at 5:30. He showed up at 5:30 and in 35 minutes had completed all the work and cleaned up everything. Jason is efficient, knowledgeable, prompt, and reasonable. Plus he's a nice guy. He also gave me a discount coupon for a vent cleaning next year which I will definitely have him do.

Contacted Jason on 8/25 and he was able to come out the following day. Was very professional and called to let me know he was running early. He cleaned out a lot of lint from the duct. He advised to pull the dryer out further from the wall than I had because there was a kink in the hose. Also guaranteed his service. If I am not satisfied, he will return at no cost. He told me the cost on the front end and there was no variation. I was very satisfied with the service.

Jason gave me a quote over the telephone and scheduled an afternoon appointment for the next day. The following day he called in the morning and asked if he could come right over which was fine. I was very happy with Jason's service and would highly recommend him. A competitor in the Yellow Pages quoted $175 for the same work.
