DIXON SERVICES

We had a flood from the water heater in the attic in a little used part of the house.  By the time we noticed, there was water and mold everywhere.  A different company than Dixon Services did the remedial work. There were 2 bedrooms, a hallway, and a closet and a Jack and Jill bathroom affected.  My insurance covered approximately half of the cost. We took the opportunity to get some additional work done.  They painted all 6 rooms and the trim.  They removed the popcorm ceilings and repainted as a smooth surface.  Their work was meticulous and absolutely perfect.  I cannot see any flaws ANYWHERE on the walls or ceiling.  They helped me select colors as I was clueless.  They took out a closet at our request and made it into a hallway. It looks like the house was originally built that way. Absolutely a beautiful job and they have increased the value of my house. They also completely gutted and rebuilt the master shower. They installed ceramic tile in the shower and on the master bath floor.  It looks like a work of art! These are real craftsmen and take great pride in their work.  They always cleaned up everything and worked exceedingly hard.
Dixon Services gave us an excellent price and worked closely with the insurance company and us.  They are very nice people and work untill you are completely satisified.  We changed our minds several times and they were very accomodating and patient with us.  We will use them for all remodeling jobs in the future!

We are absolutely happy with the work they did for us. They provided timely service at a very fair price. There were no problems with the installation or clean up. The employees were great and everything works fine. It delivers an ample supply of hot water for our home.

I was not pleased with the work at all. The how water tank was not installed properly and the water began to leak and caused water damage to the finished work. The water that ran down from the attic caused molding in one of my closets and ceilings having to be re- painted as well. The roof that was installed also had started to leak. I also noticed when the workers were painting that they were painting right over the smoke damage and did not clean the walls first. Therefore that had to be re-done as well. I was not happy with the work at all. It was very sloppy and unfinished.

The company has fine people working for them who are very courteous and polite. They were experienced and they did an excellent job. Overall, I was very satisfied with the company and I would highly recommend them.

I like the workmanship. The quality is good and everything was done in a timely manner. Naturally, I hope to never have to use them again, but they do a good job and I would feel comfortable using them in any similar situation.
