They did not show up on time. I had to call them to get someone to come out after the appointment time. By the time someone got to the house it was over 2.5 hours after the appointment. They were able to discover the issue.

Issues about the service wire height came up during the code inspection. Even though that was not part of the panel upgrade, Divine Electrical was willing to absorb the cost of the new service to get code approval. The company contracted a price that included code approval and stuck with that even though extra expenses outside of the scope of the work came up. I admired the way they stood by their contract. They do excellent work at reasonable prices.
