Moving
August 8-Robert, offered me $300 for repairs, but I don't think I believe that would cover it.
August 10-Called to offer for him to pay for the dings to be fixed on the refrigerator, and we could discuss the wood furniture at that time. No phone call came back.
August 11-Left Robert a message, if I hadn't heard from him by August 19th, I would contact the BBB on August 22.
I have never used a professional Movers prior to this event.
Always friends and high school kids, but I have never had this much damage to my furniture.
The only reason we hired someone was because, I had a broken foot, and just diagnosed with brain tumors along with my husband breaking his hand.
We knew we needed help.
Unfortunately, this help has caused more stress than help.
