Discount Auto Glass

We took our 2012 FJ cruiser in for a windshield repair. Prices were good upfront but we had initial concerns after the service person never showed or called for our mobile glass replacement. They offered additional money off if we could bring it into the shop the next day. After having our vehicle the whole day we received our truck back with heavy amounts of tape to the top glass and windshield molding. The next day the tape was removed to find a huge crack all the way through the molding and scratches in the roof all the way to bare metal. We took it back and after speaking to the manager Jerry we waited 2 weeks for the windshield molding that was damaged by them to be replaced. After picking the vehicle up the second time the scratches in the roof were larger and there were now 4 large dents in the roof from where I'm assuming were caused while attempting to remove the molding they had glued and broken previously. The interior was also dirtier from when we dropped it off from the installers.They failed to follow through with any of the repairs and only further damaged our vehicle. Our time was not their priority nor was our vehicle once they initially got paid. If you want the cheapest windshield in town then this may be the place, but I would do so at your own risk as we will mostly be out of pocket 500 dollars to repair the damages that were done to the body during install. To make things worse the installer never owned up to the damages incurred and assumed us as the customers were idiots.

Called searching for a place near my home and came across Discount Auto Glass.  Called at 8:15 Saturday morning and was quoted a price 50 dollars cheaper that another place I called the day before.  I went ahead and drove in and was greeted immediately and they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes.  
Explained that the mend would hold, but the windshield would be better off being replaced, given the location of the chip.  The price to replace the windshield on my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup was $140.  That is really reasonable in my opinion and they stand by their work!  I will bring my car there next!
