I went into the store to look at HDTVs. There was one employee in the store and I was the only customer. He asked if he could help me and I said I just wanted to look. While I was looking at different HDTVs, he switched the channel to a regular resolution channel, which was much blurrier and not useful for comparison. When I asked him about it he changed it back to HDTV for a few seconds then put it back to the regular broadcast. I told him I wanted to see HDTV so I could compare the TVs. He did that, I looked for a minute or so, then left when he took a phone call.
