Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The service was only expected to take two hours, it is now going on one month. He has repeatedly gotten the wrong parts. He is now saying that I owe him money for parts when this is covered under my home warranty. I have paid him the money for the parts and he keeps saying that he is waiting for the check from my home warranty company in order to refund my money. Now he is not returning my phone calls.
