"Upon arrival to the resident all areas that needed work was inspected. Nothing matched the description after carefully inspecting the home. After speaking with the customer I informed her that she had over 35 holes in her home some from 3 1/2 feet to 2 feet and not as described in the details. There was over 4 area that needed service. There were over 7 to 8 areas that needed serviced including outside storage with water heater unit. I gave her roughly an estimate of what it would cost for more supplies to complete the entire affected areas because they did not match up with the descriptions. After measuring all affected areas feet and inches they were total up to more supplies that the customer did not have. She stated that she paid me 400.00 to 500.00 to complete this task. I didn’t want to discuss payment with customer so I had no comment. Even though I didn’t receive 400.00 to 500.00 for this service call. Once explained to the customer she advised me to service a certain area of the home with hole sizes that matched her description and use all supplies that I already had for this project and that would be ok. After that I was not allowed entry in to the home even if She wanted me to complete the other areas that needed serviced.I tried several Attempts to contact this customer before the job I got no response. This customer after service was rude to me after I was very calm and respectful. They made comments on how the company was mistreating the workers and also the customers. After completing job she stated that she was going to find out a way to get her money back. I wanted to complete a review in the closing statements but all my energy was depleted after dealing with the customer and I closed out the service without making comments or selecting not to work with customer because they treated me rudely. After all the confusion I did work I did Complete what customer wanted me to do. Hours went over because in the middle of the job I was told to stop by the customers mother who treated me also rudely."
