They left the kitchen faucet worse than it was when they came out finally (after standing me up for the first appointment). Now are telling me they are going to charge me for another visit for fixing something they made worse. They didn't tighten down the disposal so water went everywhere which I fixed myself, but the sink still leaks (worse than before) and shoots water out of the top of the faucet when you move the over tightened neck/stem which is a new issue. I recommend not using them as they do not stand behind their work and are uncommunicative - tell me they will call me back but do not. Hard to take a photo of water coming up but I'll do my best.

I was very pleased with the lady who answered the call and they came out as scheduled. I was so happy that they found the location of the leak. The plumbers who came didn't have the part, so they had to drive back to their location and get it. They were gone for a couple of hours and returned to my home. One of the parts was the wrong size, so someone had to go and get it. Again, they returned, told me the cost and attempted to repair it. It was nearing the end of the day, and I had to leave. I paid them as they said they were almost finished. They told me they would relight my gas light before they left. I got home, but my light was not working. I called the next day and was told that they would come back out to light it immediately. Again, I returned home only to find it not working. I called again, and was called back by the plumber. He said he couldn't tell if he lit it since it was daytime. (It is easily seen working during the day.) Another phone call was made. The lady who answers their phone apologized and said there was no excuse for this. I mad a weekly call to them for about 8 weeks. During one call, I was told that they were trying to contact a gas light sales rep to find out why it wouldn't light. During another call, I was told that she would discuss this with Mr. Culpepper and call me right back. Each time, she apologized and said this was inexcusable. They never returned any my calls. Finally, I made my last call to them as my patience was running out, which I told them. It took weeks of internet research to finally find someone who knows about gas lights. (Angie's list does not have anyone listed for this category.) I found an excellent man, who promptly came out. Gas was not getting to my light. It must have gotten some dirt in it when the leak was repaired. He blew air through the gas line, and I immediately had gas to my lamp post. One thing in particular that bothered me was when I talked on the phone to one of the plumbers after the repair and he said, "I'm just learning as I go." I realize I should have not paid them until the job was finished. Lesson learned! I would be happy to rewrite my review, if Culpepper plumbing reimburses me for the amount I had to pay someone else to finish their job.

They arrived at approximate time arranged, looked at what I needed done, did not have supplies on truck, had to go to Bartlett ???, returned appr. an hour and half later.  Did the job.  Now I have a leak in the ceiling of the small bath on the other side of the wall where the work was done.  Will have to call another plumber to repair.

I forgot to put an entry in after the plumber left. I was not here when he came, but my husband was, and he was pleased. The only thing was the nice gentleman could not get the stopper to work. I was not here, and I don't know what the problem was, but he put a new bathroom faucet in a upstair restroom. He was on time and professional. We would use them again. I do not remember the exact date of the service. I am sorry. It was probably early 2010. I really am not sure of the date and do not remember the price, but I know we thought it was okay.

Their plumbers are very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, I've been very impressed with their service.

The office staff promptly scheduled me in due to the urgency of my needs. The staff were kind and courteous, and even conversational. The service gentlemen showed up on time, explained to me what they were doing, and were in and out within an hour.

Had another company come out before who said they could not clean out the sewer line as their equipment could not handle it. Culpepper must have better equipment. Work done professionally and expeditiously.

We had an outstanding overall experience with this company. There is nothing but good things we can say about our experience with them. There clean up was outstanding, and they even left us with another pile of good fill dirt to level of the spot where they dug in the future. We were very surprised with the price, as we found them to be one of the least expensive around to do the job.

Our water bills have gone down quite a bit since we had them replace the water line. I didn't think it was leaking that much water. They were able replace the water line just two days after I had called them to see about getting an estimate. It only took them one day to fully fix the problem.

I think they did a nice job. We have not had any leaks, backups or water bubbling up the pipes and over flowing into our house again. They got the job done in two days because they brought a backhoe out to do the digging which was good. They got it done on time and showed up as promised.

I would describe them as very professional. I would give them 4 stars out of 4. They are a wonderful company to have working on your home. I would give them nothing but praise. The work is perfect with no problems of any kind. My contractor hired and paid them.

They took all day and it was a pretty messy job so I was glad to have them do the work. They charged me about $80 an hour, which was very fair for the work they did down there. They were very knowledgeable and experienced and I don't think there is any plumbing job too big for them to handle.

It was fine.
