Real Estate Service
Both times the buyer reneged on the purchase agreement and left with the earnest monies. The first time the buyer did obtain a loan from the selected mortgage company because the mortgage company required the 1941 house to be compliant with 2013 NEC. The second time the house was being sold AS IS. The buyer did not like the condition of the house at closing inspection, even thought is was AS IS.
