The service and care were excellent. Ms. Page conducted a very detailed assessment of our needs and our dog's needs during her initial consultation. Her assessment took into account not only what our dog would need/want during our absence but what we needed to assure us that our dog and home would be safe. During our visit and in subsequent emails it was very clear that Ms. Page took the care, safety and security of our dog and home very seriously. She took care of the mail, the paper and even putting chlorine tablets in our pool as scheduled. We received regular text messages regarding our dog and she responded quickly to any message that I sent to her. Ms. Page was not only professional but clearly cared about and enjoyed the company of the our dog. Our dog responded in such a positive way to both Ms. Page and Ms. Schafer during their initial visits. I can say without hesitation that this is not "just a job" for Ms. Page and her team. I heard a genuine caring for our dog in her voice. I have no doubt that had there been any type of emergency either with our dog or home it would have been handled. Ms. Page and her team are competent, trustworthy and caring people and I would highly recommend their services.

I went out of town for 4 days and Mary visited our dogs twice per day.
