They definitely went out of their way. We got an estimate from her insurance company and they were only going to do half a roof because the storm came from one direction and blew the shingles off in the front. Basically the guy from the roofing company got up on the roof when the adjuster came back the second time and showed all the shingles that had blown off on the other side. He got her a whole new roof. That was before they were given the job that he went to all that trouble. They went out of their way to get her a nice roof. They also fixed her fence which they didn’t have to do. They went to the place where we were out nothing. They went back to the insurance company a third time to say that they didn’t give enough shingles and got another $1,000 for shingles. They did promise some things that I didn’t think I got. I requested a certain grade of black paper and he kind of led me to believe that I would get another kind of shingle but that was okay. They went way out of their way to get more money and it didn't benefit me but that was okay. They were on the Better Business Bureau.
