I have business service. I pay for 16Mbs down and 3 Mbs up. I very rarely get over 5 down. They send service technician after service technician to "diagnose" the problem. Every one of them agrees there is a problem, but no one ever fixes it. And no - they've started charging me $40 per service call. Despite the fact that every single one of them has said that the problem exists OUTSIDE MY HOUSE! It's not my equipment, it's not the line inside my house - it's beyond that, and yet they are charging me $40 simply because I'm the one reporting it. Honestly, I wouldn't use them if I had a choice, but unfortunately, other than Hughes Net, they are the ONLY service provider in my area. And I NEED them to conduct my business. It's absolutely ridiculous. They continually fail to live up to their contract and yet I have no recourse at all. Unbelievable. I would say - if you have a choice, don't choose Comcast.
