Auto Body Work

CollisionWorx,?DOES NOT!
I choose this auto body repair at the referral of Ameriprise Insurance, my neighbor?s insurance company and the person that had backed out of her driveway and hit my car that was legally parked in front of my home.  I should have chosen the collision repair that my wife had chosen a few months earlier. But, because the insurance company referred CollisionWorx and it was
closer to my home I chose them.
When I went to pick up my car, I noticed that the molding around the door was very cheap (paper thin), and there was a trim tape that was installed around the door that was repaired that had bubbles in it (the tape).   The gentleman returning the car to me told me that the bubbles would probably disappear within a week (poor excuse for poor work), and that if it did not disappear, to bring return the car and it would be taken care of.  Keep in mind that this was after I had returned the loaner car that was provided by the insurance company.  Like a fool, I said OK.
When I got home, I went to return item to the car?s trunk that had been taken out before turning my car over to CollisionWorx.  To my surprise, I found that a storage tray had been ripped out of the side of the car and tossed back into the trunk.  This was totally unacceptable and I called CollisionWorx and told them that I had issues and I was told to bring the car back that day.
In the process of repairing the rear door of my car, CollisionWorx had to remove the door handle of the front driver?s door.  And of course, the handle was not re-installed correctly.  When I asked about that, the owner told me some c*** and bull story about the motor for the lock heating up, after one use mind you, and that was the cause of the problem, a problem that I did not have before getting the work done at CollisionWorx.
Then, today, I see another issue with the installation of the molding around the door that was repaired.  It was put in poorly and
is coming off of the door.

Now,?keep in mind, when I return this car to have work completed the way it should have been completed the first time, I am inconvenienced with having to conduct my business without the use of a loaner car and the time that it has, and is, taking for me to have to return my car to get the work done properly.  And at this point, I?m not sure that CollisionWorx can do the work properly.
My whole experience with CollisionWorx has seemed like having to deal with fast talking people with whom I cannot trust.  I am not satisfied with this business and I would definitely not recommend them.
