They repaired my truck in a timely manner. Staff was professional! I didn't give them an A+ because of the following: When I put my truck in park, the gear shifter joltsoutnof gear and has to be repostioned each time in order for mt truck to restart. It is like the truck is in neutralinstead of park but when I reset the gear shift, I'm able to crank the car. Other than that, the transmission runs smooth/ without ant noise.

Staff was very professional. They gave a detailed explanation of what I needed for my expedition to be up and running again with no problem. The mechanic was very patient when I asked questions. They gave me an option of rebuilding or replacing my transmission and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They even did a free diagnostic test to determine my vehicle needs accurately. My truck had been operating just fine. No problems since my new transmission was installed.

They are professional from start to finish completing the oil changes in 10 minutes as advertised. The $5.00 off service on Ladies Day (Tuesday) is an added bonus.
