Clear Water Pools

Horrible. Project was to be completed on April 15, August 16 still not working properly. Inadequate equipment installation, poor workmanship, plumbing leaks, equipment stands in mud and water, floods and blows a breaker every time it rain. Company refuses to correct even after I offered to hire concrete and carpenter if they would just finish the equipment and plumbing. I paid them 90% up front ( I know, not smart-right?) another 5% about 3 months in. I offered to pay them the remaining 5% when these things were fixed. They told me their attorney would call me.

no real complaint about quality of work with one or two exceptions. Their biggest problem is lack of professionalism and a poorly managed operation.Phone calls were never returned in a timely manner. would not give me dates and times when technician would come out.  With the exception of the first call, they would usually give me 15-30 minutes.  No work tickets were left after services.  This is the first company that I have ever used that did  not write up a work ticket and have you sign it.  Most poorly run operation I have ever seen.
I was told that company had new owner so called today to give them one more chance  and I was told I was on the "Do Not Work" list.  I am not responsible for paying for these bills.  Another company handles that for us.
