I am still using them and they are wonderful. I think it’s like $125 an hour, but I could be wrong. I think that’s the way it works, because It depends on if you use 2 people, I forget how it works. I think the price is very reasonable, the way they do it. They come every other Monday. I have the same lady that comes every other Monday. Sometimes I have a special activity at my house and I will call and ask if they can clean on a Friday, or do an extra clean before Easter or whatever; and they always work real hard to work that into their schedule. They are very responsive. It’s one person and it takes her 4 hours to complete the work.

Mostly good. We found a few places that were missed, but overall, they really did a good job.

I got them off of Angie's List, because I liked how they started the company. I like the idea that they are flexible with their workers, so that they could take care of their children.

I have been using them for about six months, and it is great. They do good work, and they are very reliable. I am really picky about cleaning, and they do amazing. They are here right on the dot. They are very professional, and pleasant. I think their price is very reasonable.

Excellent cleaning service.Very prompt and friendly staff best service I have used . I plan on using them every 2 weeks.

My cleaner, Cindy, does an excellent job. She cleans the entire house in 4 hours.

Bad professionalism (chatty/laughing ladies as they clean). Probably why the job wasn't done right.
They convince you to buy products for them to use then they don't even use them.??? not sure what that is all about.
Expensive and quot;firstand quot; deep cleaning service ($450, for 2200 sqft house; which was already in clean condition).
Still marks on walls and baseboards.
weekly cleaning service was OK at first then got so bad they ended up saying they didn't have time to vacuum my kitchen. I leave my house clutter free and spotlless, how do they not have time to clean the kitchen??? that's the main part of the home!
I fired them because I am not paying 200/wk for 3 hours of cleaning service and they can't even vacuum my kitchen!
NO WAY! I feel totally ripped off and offended by them.

Three professional women responded to my home, arriving at the appointed hour. They listened to my specific requests for what to clean and what not to clean and proceeded to give me a full 3 l/2 hours of concentrated work. These women brought their own tools and, when in doubt about how I wanted something done, did not hesitate to ask and then comply with my answer. I dealt with another company, under similar circumstances (cleaning before entertaining) and they were not nearly so efficient, pleasant, timely or cooperative ... and they charged considerably more for considerably less work. My husband and I are very pleased with Classic Cleaning by Moms and plan to use them in the future.

They are very thorough with the cleaning - and the house was extremely needing a spring cleaning! It took longer than expected but they made sure the job was completed to their expectations. I felt I did get my money's worth - as I had 2 additional rooms that I did not want them to clean Those two rooms took me an entire day to do the similar type of thorough cleaning that they did -- and it was not dealing with the kitchen or the bathrooms!
The ladies that work for this company appear to be trustworthy and hardworkers. I would recommend them.

They were excellent. They came when they said they would and they even brought a couple of extra people because we were running out of time before the party. They were great earlier too when I used them. I got them through Angies List.

They send the bill after the fact. I have used them for several years. They always show up on time. It is usually the same people. There's not a lot of turn over. They do a good job. There is one customer service person that is kind of pushy. When she calls she always tries to talk you into more hours that you need. I know it is their job to get them booked, but she is a little pushy.

Best service I have used in Memphis, and I have tried three others!! Highly recommended.
