After waiting for 4.5 hours, I was told the car was "ready to go". On the service report, it only said, "part ordered"...not "part installed". I questioned the cashier and she confirmed that it was definitely installed. I went outside and questioned the service rep and she caught the error. I WOULD HAVE LEFT THINKING THE SERVICE HAD BEEN PERFORMED HAD I NOT PERSONALLY CAUGHT THE ERROR. Considering this was a major safety recall, I think this was a BIG oversight. Looking back on it, I should have left and never gone back. Unfortunately, I brought it back later the next week to have the part installed. The car drove horribly as soon as I left the lot and they simply made me out to be an idiot when I brought it back to get the problem fixed. The car shifts terribly, makes all kinds of noises, and performs very poorly. When I talked to the service manager, DARRYL DOWNS, he told me to "learn how to drive" and basically just get over it. He also refused to take the car back into the garage to further diagnose the problem. I was asked to leave unless I "paid him". THESE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. MY CAR IS MESSED UP-DO NOT GO HERE!!!

We weren't able to clean the windshields well as the wiper blades had become worn out. These guys also topped up the wiper fluid. Isn't that great?

My car axles were making a lot of noise, grinding and grating away. I found it very difficult to drive my car, so I gave it for servicing and they changed the axles. Now it runs perfectly. They've done a great job, timely and perfect.

I am short of words for this company. Just want to say that they are excellent in all respects of their work. They are very trustworthy. I'd rather use their services than any other. I extended my contract with them as they are very dependable in the quality of work and I never face any problems after servicing or any other job I have them do for me.

My car took a long time to start. You really had to floor the pedal all the way through to give it gas. So now I have a new starter that is easy on me and easy on the car.

Everything went fine with the my brake installation, but, they was a little bit expensive. I will not knock them for that though because they do such a good job. The workers work very hard to get things done correctly and in a reasonable time frame. I cannot remember an exact price, I think it was around $450 or so.
