Car works great now. After inspecting it, they called and explained what was wrong, and asked before performing any work. I brought it in the morning, they gave me a ride to FedEx WHQ, and they came and picked me up when it was completed.

My car was sluggish when starting from a dead stop. (Stop signs, traffic signals etc.) I took it to a local repair shop and they provided me with a "laundry list" of things that were wrong with the car and needed repairs. It was going to cost around $1100.
I took it to Christian Brothers for a 2nd opinion and they found the faulty vacuum hose, replaced it and only charged me $45.
I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Car has been running great since.

They did not charge me a dime. I've had work done here before, and I trust them. They are very fast and try to work you in immediately. Christian Brothers is always the cheapest when we shop around for repair costs. They even helped my niece out on one occasion. She is a student and needed new tires. They allowed her to pay for the tires in three separate payments without interest.

My issue was getting Christian Bros to pay for the relay replacement since they misdiagnosed the problem. Sent information and stopped in to see them. I've been waiting over a month for a response. Just complained to Corp.

My car wouldn't start and I had AAA Tow it to Christian Bros. They jumped right on the job and found it was only a dead battery. So the service was extremely quick and they did only what was required for a fair price.

This was for a used car that I recently purchased. The purchase price was discounted and I knew this work was necessary due to squealing brakes. They provided an estimate and completed the work in one day. I have taken our car here several times and found them to be honest and reliable. They are probably not any cheaper than taking the car to a dealer, but I have been able to trust what they tell me.

I went in initially for brake work. They were in horrible shape, and I expected to spend about $700. I was impressed that they didn't try to sell me a total brake rework - just turned the fronts and cleaned the rears. I saved so much money over what I expected to pay that I had them replace the tires while they were at it. They suggested Korean tires, which I would have never opted for without their recommendation, but I figured if they were good enough for the service writer's own car, they were good enough for me. So far, I like the tires, but it's really too soon to know for sure. All in all, it was a positive experience. I'll be back!

I thought that everything went well. I feel I got a good deal on pricing. It was reasonable and I got my money's worth. Toyota starters are expensive. I did not get another estimate, but I thought this was good. I knew what was wrong with the car in the first place and I see no reason to believe they treated me any worse or any better than anyone else. I think they are honest. On a Scale of 1-10, I would give them a 9. They kept me informed the entire time.

It was an expensive job (they only use top line parts at CBA, even though I would have preferred lower cost parts since I don't drive the car much and don't expect to put many miles on it), they cut me some slack on the pricing, and they did the job in minimal time. All the while, their customer service was outstanding, polite, considerate. They offered me a ride if I needed one while I left my car for the work. Overall, I felt like I was being dealt with honestly, and they do quality work.

I had used Christian Brothers once before when I had first moved to Memphis and they had been extremely nice. I was driving by one day and decided to drop by to see when to come back to get a brake light replaced. To make a long story short, within five minutes of driving up they had my light replaced and told me to have a good day, and there would be no charge. I know it was just a simple job to replace the light, but their kindness and promptness is not something you see every day. I highly recommend them!!! P.S. They also have a very comfortable waiting area.

We've used Christian Brothers several times in the past and find them honest and reliable. They may be a bit pricey, but they always do a good job. They are friendly and appear to be quite professional and knowledgeable.

Christian Brothers Automotive was very good. They were very polite and organized. I wasn't sure what exactly was wrong with my air conditioner, but it works great now. It leaked water out of the bottom, but they said that was normal.

Christian Brothers has always been honest and reliable. We've used them steadily for the past few years. We feel that they're good mechanics, and don't overcharge as much as dealerships do. Our brakes are working well now.
