On 12/13/24, I was serviced by Chickasaw AC, Inc. They came the same day for which I am truly grateful & serviced our AC to fix the ignitor. He spent less than 15 minutes My invoice indicated that: Replaced ignitor-$250 Diagnostic fee/trip charges......$55 Total----$305 When I called the company disputing the charges (the igniter, I searched online, does not cost over $25)- they assured me that they would send me the itemized invoice. The revised invoiced showed: Replaced ignitor ($110.00 ignitior price and $140.00 for labor price)---- 250.00 Diagnostic fee/trip charge ----55.00 ***DISCOUNT PER OWNER, MATTHEW-- FINAL PRICING*** -110.01 Sales Tax 0.00 Total-------$194.99 While I support local and small businesses, I draw the line when I feel I am being ripped off.

As usual with Chickasaw, everything went well. I have used Chickasaw for 10 years. During these years, they have replaced all three of my heating and air conditioners with Trane units which literally cut my utility bills in half. Whenever I have had a problem with any of my units, they immediately took care of it. I have an annual contract with them for maintenance, so they come regularly come twice a year for this. Because I have this contract, they will come without extra charge after hours as well as the weekend if I have a problem. They are always punctual and very personable. It's refreshing to do business with someone who trustworthy.

I worked with the owner. I am a technical kind of guy. We sat down and calculated what the right system for this home was. I was very satisfied with my interaction with him. That is the reason why I bought the system.

Well I am in the process of selling my home and my real estate agent was going through half and he went up stairs walk up the attic and said there was a some condensate line was a water was coming out of it so I called them over to find out what was wrong. let me put it this way they took some actions to try to a dress the problem I don't know whether it's really fixed are not I mean it was just basically what was happening it was the condensate line was really long it's a hot attic was actually a some water off the bottom of the condensate line because of the temperature difference what was going through the lines and the conditions in the attic.literally I have a contract with these people so it's not like it's a existing relationship I have a preventive maintenance contract with them.

It went well.  Bill was very professional and experienced and honest and able to diagnose the problem quickly.  
He fixed the problem, without trying to sell me unneeded parts, or a new air conditioner, like some other companies do.  He was willing to stay until I was satisfied that all work had been done and all questions answered.  He wants me to get as much use as possible out of my current unit and I appreciate his help.     The price I was charged seemed high to me, but evidently it is not more than what others charge, he did provide some extras that were important to me, and he did not try to sell me more than I needed.  I would definitely recommend Chickasaw, and this technician.

Chickasaw came in and told out an old barely functional shoddy system and replaced it all with new trane components. They did a fantastic job and the system is working wonderfully!

I've done business with them for over 25 years. I've never had a problem with them. All of their techs are very professional. They called to check when it's convenient to come; they're very nice about that. They show up when they say they will. They are efficient and explain things. I don't have to worry about anything. With the service contract, if you have a problem, they give you priority service. Their prices are very reasonable. They also service my air conditioner. They do a regular service inspection of the furnace and the air conditioner every year.
