It went very well. The owner, Adam, came out to provide the estimate. The actual painter, Ronmel, did an excellent job.

Adam, Daniel, and Guillermo were a great team. From quote to completed project - they quoted a reasonable price, used high qualty products and did a great job! Highly recoomemded!

We consulted Angie's list after seeing CertaPro in our neighborhood, and were responded to right away with a quote directly from the owner. We scheduled the work, and looked in on the project several times a day during the 3-day job. The workers, the quality of the painting and materials, and CertaPro's follow-up was so good that we plan to have them do similar work on our residence later this year. Their quote was competive, their workers were excellent, their responsiveness was superior to any other company we contacted.

Everything was pressure washed and examined before any work started. All of the wood repairs were done and then painting began. Two men were assigned to our job but on some days only one worked (Daniel, and he was EXCELLENT). We had a delay to our start date due to weather, and another weather delay in the middle of the job, but Daniel did a great job of keeping in touch and keeping me informed about when he would and would not be here and what he could and could not do each day. Trash and debris were cleaned up every day before they left, and when the job was complete there was no sign they'd been here other than a freshly repaired & painted house! Daniel did excellent work and made sure I was satisfied with everything done during each step of the process. Adam, the main contact at CertaPro and the one who did my estimate, is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed meeting him and discussing our project needs with him. He was very cooperative and helpful and made adjustments to our proposal as needed when I had questions or needed to make a change. Email response time was sometimes painfully slow, but overall the whole experience was straightforward and without complications. There was one small communication issue regarding our project start date (delayed because of weather but not communicated to me until 10pm the night before when I asked an unrelated question) but it was the only hiccup in the process and everything went smoothly after that. All work was done according to the estimate and our discussions and there were no surprises or extra charges along the way. I especially liked that I didn't have to pay them ANY money until the job was complete and I signed off on it. Our house and fence are now in great shape and look beautiful and I'm VERY pleased. I would hire them again and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs this type of work done.

I had an excellent experience working with Adam, Carol, and Daniel at CertaPro of Bartlett. Adam - thorough estimate and paid attention to all details from rotted wood to loose siding on the dormers. He even came back for quality assurance to make sure the job was completed to his satisfaction. Very impressed by the way he runs his business. Carol - Prompt and clear communicator that coordinated the project around everyone's schedule. She was kind, courteous, and very customer oriented. Daniel - Daniel and his crew are masters of their craft. No request was too difficult and they worked around the clock to complete the job as quickly as possible. For certain aspects he used material that withstand the elements to avoid rot from falling water. They also paid attention to detail and even worked around when my kids were sleeping. All in all I am very pleased with every facet of their business and will certainly recommend them to others because the price and service cannot be beat in my book. Thanks again guys!

I went with a national franchise for piece of mind and a usable Warrenty should I need it. I paid for the best paint and caulk they recommended Sherwin Williams brand (an up charge for both) and the job went off as scheduled. Then things went horribly wrong. All my windows were painted shut (I broke one window trying to open it which they paid to fix) and they had a workman over for a day cutting the paint so the Windows would work. After 10 months I have pealing paint, rotting wood, and all the seams in my trim are opened up. I called and had the owner come by for an inspection a few days later. He apologized profusely saying the sub they used for my and a few other jobs was a disaster and he would make it right. That was a few weeks ago and no word back on when that may happen. I honestly believe they will fix things but why should I have to pester them to make it happen??

Never got back to me with quote.  I emailed and called, but never heard back from him.

     The professional painters came to my home about 10;00 am, in less than two hours, they completed their job.  They were polite, courteous, and extremely skilled at their job.  Certain management  skills has to be recognized, in the hiring and maintenance of a workforce with such a compassion for enduring upon these professionals to do the job, and doing the job RIGHT!!!!.  CERTAPRO PAINTERS, you have a great team, and it was a pleasure dealing with you and your entire staff.

Contacted me every day to let me know they would be on site working. Picked up all trash daily. Asked me to inspect to make sure all work was completed to my satisfaction. I would use them again.

The first day two painters show up and I walked them through showing them everything that needed to be done.  1- Fill ALL nail holes and cracks  2- Sand smooth 3- Fix bubbled up drywall tape 4- Paint evenly  5- Be done in three days as promised.   6- ATTENTION TO DETAIL.   I even took out the molding and said I would take care of that.  They only had one color to paint in all the rooms.   The first two came in and where here a total of two hours before one of them came to me and siad he wasnt feeling well and needed to leave.  They would come back tomorrow and get caught up.  They had barely started in the upstairs bedroom.  Oh I had taken leave for these days so they could come in and paint.  They come in the next day and spend all day and didn't even finish the upstairs bedroom or bathroom.  On the third day the owner at Certa Pro comes out with a third painter to help get it finished.  He is assigned 3 rooms to do.  He was quick and was able to finish the 3 rooms before the other two were able to get even halfway done with the other rooms, however he failed to cover my belongings before painting and splattered paint on several of my possessions.  The other were obviously tired at 530pm and chose to just be done.  They started packing up before asking if I saw anything that need to be fixed, knowing I would find glaring discrepancies as i had the day before.  The workmanship was poor in most of the rooms.  They had trouble painting a straight line especially between the ceiling and the wall.  The owner never called me back or came out to check the work done by the crew he hired.  I received a bill in the mail 2 weeks later.  Poor business practices and service.  I will not ever endorse or use this company again.

They said they would finish in one day but but they took 3 days.
Painters said they were told by the boss not to paint the gutters.  They were included on my copy of the contract.  Delay in getting that worked out.
The boss never came by or called to see if I was satisfied with the job.  I got a bill in the mail to pay.
I would give the painters a 90 of 100 but the boss would get a 50 of 100.

CertaPro of Bartlett, Arlington, Lakeland, Memphis was a good crew and they did a good job.

I was buying a new house and knew we wanted the interior painted. Chuck was very flexible in setting up a time to walk through the house to get an estimate. He responded quickly with the estimate. He was also able to accommodate the short time frame I had to get everything painted.
He arrived with his crew on time, introduced them to me and walked them through the house to explain the job and left. His crew was very nice and professional. They kept everything clean as they worked and I was comfortable leaving them in the house as I went and did other work.
They started the job Saturday morning and I wasn't expecting them to finish until Monday or Tuesday. However, they were willing to work on Sunday and finished the job that morning! It was amazing how quickly they worked. The paint job looks great!

I called and made an appointment with Chuck to get an estimate for the job. He was willing to come out to our house in the early evening so that we did not have to take time off work to meet with him.  He arrived promptly and did a thorough walk thru with us and carefully listened to our wants and needs.  He provided a written estimate before leaving that night.  We were receiving other estimates and let Chuck know that it would be a week before we would make our decision.  In the meantime, we emailed him questions about the estimate and he quickly responded.  Once we notified Chuck of our decision, we booked the painting work for Spring Break so that it would be more convenient for our family.  Chuck came out on Friday afternoon before the job was to start on Monday to confirm paint colors / pick up samples from us.  The crew arrived promptly at the agreed upon time on Monday morning and worked diligently each of the 3 days it took to complete the job.  Other than a couple of minor paint spills (they don't use drop cloths), the job was completed efficiently. The painting crew was very polite and respectful of our home and seemed to really care that the house looked really nice when they were finished with the job.  Chuck came out at the end of the last day of work to walk thru the house with us and made sure that all issues were resolved before we made payment.  This was an enormous job as we did not fully move out of the house and much furniture was pushed to the middle of the various rooms and we had a very positive experience with this company.

The painters showed up on time, finished within the estimated time and cleaned up after themselves. It went very well.

They got there right when it was scheduled and worked all day until they were done....they did a really good job, and the kitchen looks great! No paint spilled or splattered on anything.

I've used them prior to this and they are very good. The gentleman who does the estimates is very professional and considerate of my time. He is always on time for the estimates. The estimate has always been what they ended up charging; there has never been a discrepancy.

Overall it was a great service.  Arrived on time, cleaned up each day, gave us updates as progressed.  Walked around home with husband to identify any areas we wanted redone or cleaned better.  Would definitely use them again.  Thinking of getting interior of house painted.  We will call them.

Mr. Johnson was very professional and courteous. He returned all phone calls and kept me up to date with the progress.

CertaPro gave me a prompt estimate after I requested it.  They advised on what repairs they could make and the methods they would use.  They began the project on 6/18 and finished on 6/21.  The painters were on the job every day and worked a full day each day.  The flower beds had little damage which was a pleasant surprise considering the pressure washing and repairs that were done.  In reading other reviews prior to calling CertaPro I saw complaints of not cleaning up after their work.  I had no problem with that happening.  The workmen picked up any waste on a daily basis before leaving.

Very well. Just a couple of misses but they were quick to resolve.
