CenWood Appliance

Purchased a frig, ice maker, 2 dishwashers, vent hood, range, mini frig, microwave, washer and dryer and dual range due to a house fire. The installer that installs Cenwood products unfortunately broke our range door last year, they tried to repair the door after fixing a defective UI unit without success. We were told that the issue would need to be addressed by the manufacturer. Since then we have had no resolution and it's been almost 7 months since the range was broken and Cenwood does not want to take responsibility. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere to purchase your 'high end appliances' because if they feel they can do this to me and my family they can and will do it to you

I needed to purchase a kitchen range hood for a remodel project.  The customer service person I worked with was extremely helpful and if we could have received the specific hood we chose in a shorter amount of time I would have ordered from them.  The turn around time for the model and style we wanted was long at other places I called so I don't hold that against them and will try them again for my next project.

They were recommended by a friend.  I went in after looking at other appliance stores and I was very impressed with the huge availability and the variety they have.  Almost every brand name you can think of in appliances is there.  I actually started shopping at the end of 2013 and I went in numerous times.  Every time I went in, there is not one person on their staff that I would not highly recommend.  I only bought from one person but they will all greet you and congenial even after you purchase the appliances.  They are just an outstanding staff.   

Whenever I change my mind about the purchase I want they showed me all the products and all the information.  They just went out of their way to show me information on the variety of their products.

Badly.

Price is great. It was even lower than Sears. Beautiful showroom, but sometimes tough to get waited on. Also, had a big delivery snafu that delayed my remodeling plans by a couple of weeks. Nonetheless, I would still buy from this company again.
