Brush & Roll Painting

We have used them for years.  Their work is great and we like the employees.  They are nice and hard work.  They do not leave a mess.  If I have to say one thing bad it may take some time to get in their schedule since they keep busy but that does not bother us.

MR. STEVE ROJAS OF BRUSH AND ROLL PAINTING DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FROM START TO FINISH. HE STARTED THE JOB WHEN HE SAID THAT HE WOULD. AFTER WE PICKED OUT (3) COLOR CHOICE'S HE APPLIED THESE TO THE HOUSE TO PICK A COLOR. MY WIFE WASN'T HAPPY ON THE (3) COLOR WE PICKED. STEVE THEN TOOK HIS COLOR CHART AND HELPED MY WIFE PICK OUT (2) OTHER COLORS. OUT OF THESE (2) COLORS SHE MADE A DECISION THAT SHE WAS MORE THEN HAPPY WITH. AFTER THE HOUSE WAS FINISH STEVE DID A FINAL WALK THRU WITH MY WIFE AND SHE WAS VERY HAPPY Of THE JOB THAT STEVE AND HIS CREW DID. THE JOB WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND STEVE TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING TO HAVE THEY EXTERIOR OF THERE HOUSE PAINTED. WE WOULD USE STEVE AGAIN IF NEEDED.

Steve and his team began work within 2 weeks as promised. They told us the house would be like new, and when they were finished, it was better than new. They caulked, painted, replaced wood and several windows. Steve was careful to keep us updated on any additional repairs that were needed as they were working. We agreed to some extra wood repair and window replacements that were not included in the original estimate. These were repairs that could not be seen until after the work began. Some of the windows literally came to pieces when they were opened.  We are very pleased with the excellent condition that our home is in now. Steve and his team are thorough and professional. Also worth mentioning, they were respectful of our home, pets, and kids. No cursing, smoking, etc. and always let us know when they would be coming and going or needed to come inside the house.
