Brad Howard Construction

Brad was an old acquaintance of mine. I ran into him at floor and decor on Summer and he told me he could help finish my home renovation. Had nothing but poor quality workmanship from the beginning including the worst wood floor install I have ever been around. The workers did not nail some areas and broke a door when the jammed a board against it. The tile he personally grouted and never cleaned looks like it was done by a 5 year old. He was supposed to fence the entire back of the property and decided to leave off about 10 foot on one side then would not come back to finish. He installed a deck and when asked if he sloped it away from home he said he never does that. This in turn caused water issues in and underneath the home then would not fix the problem and blamed it on me. He had his painters painting the home when it was not at the stage of needing painting. Found out later he had no work for them and was trying to keep them busy at my expense. His only concern was getting paid each Thursday so he could pay his people whether or not the work was to my satisfaction. DON'T REGRET YOUR DECISION! DO NOT USE HIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THE WORKMAN HE SURROUNDS HIMSELF WITH. I would be more than happy to speak with anyone to discuss in detail or show in person the problems Mr. Howard left me with. The only reason he gets one star is there is no option for zero. I guess you can look at it like this: If this is how he treats an old acquaintance how do you think he's going to treat you.
