His name is Joe Cartwright. He is an "A" for everything. He's one of those guys that you can trust in your house when nobody's home. He's very good.

Excellent. I have used this company since 2003 when I moved into my property and lost my A/C to "Hurricane Elvis". On more than one occasion they have talked me through correcting simple "user errors" instead of arranging a service call and billing for it. In fact as a valued customer they have provided service calls on a weekend at short notice. When the time came to replace the system, there was no question where I would go to for the job.

Came same day as call and solved the issue with no disruption to us.

It was great. They did a great job and because they did such a great job, I ended up having them install a whole new water heater for me.

Excellent work.  Takes time to do things right.  Does NOT take shortcuts. Explains everything. Makes you feel like he is working on his own house.

Jim Cartwright showed on time.  He was very affable, and even helped

me remove a very heavy oven from my kitchen which he did not need to do.

Major kudos to him for that effort!



He checked the HVAC unit and informed me that there were two

small pin holes in the heat chamber and suggested buying a carbon monoxide detected and

having one or both units (entire HVAC) replaced.



That night, after turning the unit on, a strong "burning smell" permeated

the areas covered by that unit.



I called another HVAC provider (Greenway), and that man disassembled the

burners in the afflicted unit, dumped out what appeared to be a suitable amount of

burn residue from all burn tubes, and reassembled the unit.



There has been no problem since.



Bottom line:  Bonanza is more interested in replacing your existing unit(s).  He took more

time assembling a new quote (for 1 and two units - my home has three) than he did

carefully inspecting and (not) cleaning the unit. 

Things were great. They are good people and very dependable.

Last night they came to my house around 5 p.m. to fix my air. They came by while i was at church and replaced a part that i needed. Then they discovered that the motor to the fan was out. He sent my a message and told me that he would be back first thing in the morning with a new fan motor. He installed it first thing this morning like he said. I have been using this company for years and will continue to use them.

They were back late that afternoon with a new matching unit and worked well past dinner time to complete the installation. A few weeks later I noticed that the new unit was making more noise than normal. I called and Larry was here in a matter of hours. He diagnosed that the noise was coming from the fan and a replacement would be covered under the warranty. The part had to be ordered and would not be in for several days. I was leaving town and would not be back for some time. I gave Larry the code to open the gate so he could replace the unit while I was gone. I returned to a cool, quiet running air conditioning . There aren't many service companies I would trust with my gate code or to come in and make repairs while I was out of town.

I have used Bonanza Heating and Air Conditioning Service since the early 90's. I have always been very satisfied with their responsiveness and quality of work. I have found them to be honest and straight forward in their repair and replacement services

I am happy with his work. He quoted me a fair price. He showed up and did the job. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

When our 22 year old inside A/C unit decided to finally rust it's drip pan completely through making it necessary to replace the unit, we began a search for a company. We had friends who recommended Bonanza Heat and Air Conditioning Services. We compared their estimate with that of several others and along with our friends recommendation decided they were the company we would use. From the first time I met Larry, I knew that we would receive a great job. He was friendly, professional and got right to the work to be done. The young men he brought with him (Josh the first day and another young man whom I don't know the name of) were equally nice. Normally you get guys who do work on your house who are not particularly careful with your trim or walls. Larry and his helpers were extra careful which is no easy task in our narrow hallway. They spread a drop cloth down to protect my hardwood floor and cleaned up after themselves. They braved the heat in our ventilation challenged attic to repair the duct and replace the plenum. Through all of this they maintained a sense of humor and professional demeanor. They didn't try to "make it work" when the first plenum they brought didn't fit. Larry got on the phone and got the correct size so that it would be perfect and done correctly. I would absolutely call Bonanza/Larry back for any HVAC work we might need in the future. The other thing is that being a woman and having workmen come into your home these days can be a frightening and unsettling thing. My daughter and I always felt safe with these gentlemen.
