Bluff City Plumbing is a company you can count on. I've used them twice now, both times employing them to install new toilets. I could not be more pleased with them. They were punctual, quick, efficient, disposed of the old toilets and left the workspace as clean as they found it. Owner Vernon Dorris is a good man that you can trust.Please use this company in complete confidence.

It took two calls to get the service scheduled; however, the plumber arrived promptly on the day of service. He was very polite and fixed the leaking faucet quickly. He had to leave to get a part and returned to complete the job. I've had no problems with my faucet or toilet constantly running since then.

Outstanding. I've used Bluff City for years to handle plumbing issues at my home and several rental properties. Always responsive, does a good job, and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Our kitchen was being remodeled and we heard running water in the walls, with no apparent sign of a leak. We had used Bluff City Plumbing and Heating in the past, and being satisfied with their service, we called them again. They arrived on time and in less than an hour located the source of the (pinhole) leak and had it repaired. They were prompt, economical, and efficient. We will definitely call for any future needs. We were very pleased with the service.

They were able to flush the line and I have had no problems since.

They are extremely prompt. They charge by the hour at a very reasonable rate. They don't waste any time. They are a wonderful company. They got the job done very quickly. Everything looks great. They did a great job.

This company came highly recommended to us from the place where we bought the pool. We felt very comfortable using this company. We felt that if they were good enough for the pool company, then they were good enough for us. We were treated with great respect by the people we dealt with. Everyone was very friendly. They were right on time. They had no troubles with their part of the job.

We met with the plumbers and they were very good people. We had a real nice experience in dealing with them. They treated us with the utmost respect. We don't know exactly what their price was, but I bet it was very competitive. We paid one price for the entire installation. They did a great job. They actually came back out to show us how the pumps work. They answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

The work was not done to the best of this company's ability. I was pretty much upset about the whole thing. I would not recommend them or use them again because they were unprofessional and very rude. I asked them to come back to fix some things and they refused that as well.

I would never use them again. They did a poor job installing the pool heater and it still has not passed inspection. We had a major addition done at the same time and paid around $10,000 for the entire job. I am not sure what the price was for the pool heater, but it was included in the total amount. They were dishonest and very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone.

There have been no problems since the installation, and I was pleased with the service. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am not sure of the price of the work because all of the monies were given to the contractor, and I would not like to disclose the total amount for the pool project. I really think they did a great job though.

I have not had any complaints or problems with the heater itself. It seems to work just fine and it seems to be doing its job well. I feel that they did a great job installing it and knew what they were doing. I believe that this company was sub contracted by the original contractor so the cost was included in the $35000 I paid for the swimming pool.

They do excellent work and they are always very reliable. In fact, I just used them again recently for another job. They are hard working people, very prompt and courteous. I like that I can depend on them to get the job done right.

Our pool builder uses them all the time so they came highly recommended to us. I think they did a fine job as we have not had any gas leaks or any problems. We were not home when they did the work and I was a little surprised when I got the bill. It is around $20 a foot and I guess when I stopped and thought about it the line they ran was pretty long.

As far as I can remember, everything went just fine. The company was very nice and treated me very well. I have no problems now and I have not had any at all in the time in between. Everything is o.k. and I guess I am pleased. As long as nothing goes wrong, I see no reason to complain at this time.

Bluff City Plumbing was very professional and courteous. They were also very competent workers. They showed up on time and replaced the gaskets that needed replacing. I have them come out once a year and do a check on all of my plumbing. When things need done they let me know and we make an appointment to do it. Their prices are very comparable to other plumbing companies.

They went in two times to make sure we passed inspection. They're a fantastic company.
