Blackhawk can to my home to give me an estimate on what I need done. After seeing what needed to be fixed on my roof they took pictures and explained my problems very thoroughly and made sure I understood what need to be done and why. They came out about 7:30 on the day they did the work and was finished by 9:30 with very little interference with us or my neighbors. Yes I would recommend Blackhawk to anyone.

Mr. Johnson kept me informed of crew schedules and progress. Crews were thorough in completion of the work and explained construction standards they were following if I had a question. Also, the Crew Leader kept me informed and was intentional in being sure I was satisfied with the work as it was in progress.

The owner was professional and explained everything in detail. Great customer service in that he followed up and kept me informed of every step they were taking. He sent pictures because I was not able to be home. Honest company.

He responded to my request for a quote to patch and repair holes and cracks following a storm quickly and had his crew repairing my roof the following morning during a lull in rain storms. His crew saved potentially significant damage to the interior of my house from several more storms that came that day and in the following week. Additionally, his price for the work was fair and his timeliness was greatly appreciated. I will definitely keep David in mind for additional work to be done in the near future on my home. Responsive and rapid in scheduling and execution

The crew is knowledgeable, efficient, and fastidious. Willing and able to answer questions and explain the project's process. They were diligent to clean up after the job, including any loose nails. But truthfully, they were just fun to have around, especially Alonso. I had done some minor roofing, myself - but as I watched them I was envious of their ability. David, the CEO was on site, assuring job quality and completeness. Finally, they were of sterling character. They have earned this rating.
