I liked their efficiency, the way they took my call and sent a repairman in.  I disliked their pricing.  They took three trips to get it right.  The good news is, they did come back and got it right.  The workers were fine and I don't recall any issue.  The man who came in was very good and very professional.

It went fine. I asked them to call me before they came and they did. They came right in and got it fixed. They did everything they said they would. They arrived and got it fixed on time..

Placed service call and was given an appointment the same day. The service technician was professional and courteous. He found the problem with the clogged drain in our secondary fridge, and corrected it quickly. He then checked out the ice maker in our primary fridge, and due to age, it needed to be replaced. He ordered the new ice maker and returned the next morning to install it. While installing the ice maker, he found a leaking water valve and replaced it, at my request. He was completely professional in every way.

He showed up when he said he would and we got a phone call ahead of time. When he got here, he was ready to work and located the problem fast. The work was done shortly there after and he was packing up, cleaning up behind himself and on his way out. So we were pleased with his work and price.

I really like the job he does and I use him a lot. I m happy with the company and they are always on time. They wear uniforms, they re polite, very professional, and I have recommended them to other people.

What a fine group of workers. They didn t waste any time and they were polite and respectful. I felt they were highly qualified and the job didn t really take a lot of time based on the location of the pump. They were done quickly and the job was a success. There clean up was great also.
