Best A/C and Heating was recommended by a friend to perform the central air upgrade at my home.  The project included the replacement of a well abused Goodman condenser, a 20 year old RHEEM furnace and the attached a-coil. This effort updates the central air facilities with new equipment and replaces the discontinued R-22 freon with the new coolant.   Before estimates were generated, the WEB was searched for equipment pricing information.  Search results were provided by the AMAZON.COM web site.  Initially, I estimated project costs between $3,000 and $5,000.  The WEB effort forced me to replace the lower amount of the estimate with the $5,000 value.  I was uncertain of the potential high value.  My estimates did not include labor costs. I know that costs are dependent on the chosen brand of equipment.  I was familiar with the RHEEM brand and the estimates used RHEEM brand equipment. Best A/C and Heating supports the brands, RHEEM and TRANE.  The estimate to install TRANE brand was significantly higher.  I was told later that there may have been a significant utility closet issue with the TRANE brand because the TRANE furnace is bigger than the RHEEM.
The two man team arrived on the scheduled day at the designated hour.  They protected the floor around the work area with a drop cloth.  They removed the old furnace and a-coil from the narrow utility closet.  Before lunch they removed the condenser from the back yard  and hauled all the extracted equipment to appropriate disposal facilities.  After lunch the installation of the new equipment was methodical but tedious.  The narrow utility closet restricted access to one man.  After all was installed, a complete systems test was performed by the installation crew.  The day was very long but I was glad to let them finish.  The initial plan included two days for removal and installation but the one long day was adequate.  After the installation team left, I vacuumed the work area to eliminate those pesky little things every installation leaves behind.  Except for the new equipment, there was no evidence that any installation had occurred at my home.  All trash and all boxes were hauled away like the extracted hardware.
I was most satisfied by this experience.  I would recommend Best A/C and Heating to anyone that needs their services.

I am very happy with the service. I have used this company since the mid 90's. We have had a new air conditioner, service on the heat and air, service on the washer and dryer. I have referred them to relatives, who are also happy with the service. They are always on time and have fit us in many times. This is a family owned company and they take pride in their work. Will call them again if I need to.

They're not very professional because a couple of weeks ago they were suppose to put the unit in and my husband keep confirming them and they didn't call. He called them and one of the manager came out and put it in but we hadn't been able to get them back here to find out why it's not cooling.

Was quick to return call and schedule same day appt. Vendor called us before and after to ensure arrival and satisfaction. Work was efficient.

They just did a really nice service.

The day they were here was the hottest day of the year. I have used Best Air in the past. The day he was here, my unit totally went out. When ever I call, he comes right out. Tony, the owner, installed the new A/C unit and furnace. He did a great job, and he is very professional. He started early in the morning, and by the time he was done, I was cool. He kept my old A/C unit going until it totally needed to be replaced. He was completely honest about what type of unit I needed. He even called me before the next summer to tell me how to do the maintenance, and make sure every thing was running OK. I would highly recommend him.

The price was better than we had hoped for. They are great. We have used them many times.

The serviceman arrived on the weekend only 2 hours after I called. He was polite and efficient. He explained what he was doing.

They are very trustworthy and that why we have been using them so long. I have never had them try to sell me anything that wasn't necessary or to make any unnecessary repairs. I like that that they are always on time and friendly.
