We have a service agreement. They come out and do the filters and clean the air conditioner, that sort of thing. There was on person that did the service. He was very nice. It took about 15 minutes.

They came out Saturday to give me an estimate; I already had an estimate from another company. Both companies told me, that two major parts had gone bad and that my furnace was 23 years old. So it would be better to just replace the whole furnace than to replace those two parts. I let this company do the job because they were highly recommended to me and because the previous company had a red flag with Angie's List. They had been to my house a few years ago as well so I wanted to use the new one because of their recommendations. They also do plumbing and large appliance repair and general work. I was highly recommended to BENNY JAMES SERVICE CO.  

They were only here for an hour and a half to two hours and my new furnace has not worked ever. They were also supposed to tune up my air conditioner but my back yard was very muddy and there were zero footprints in my back yard even though they said they added freon to my ac unit. They have come back several times to work on it but the furnace is still blowing out cold air. I had to hire another company to come out and work on it and the new company told me that it was not installed right the first time. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will never use them again.

Speedy, fair price and courteous service.

The repair was problematic, and I was charged both $65 service call plus $75 labor for the 45 minute visit. I was required to call another repairman for the same a/c unit some 10 days later. It certainly seemed to me to be price gouging.

James Benny Service Company really knew what they were doing. They were very easy to work with. They answered any questions or concerns we had. The unit runs great and keeps the entire house cool in summer and warm in the winter. We have really gotten to know them because we have used them for the past fifteen years.

I really liked then when I needed them they came out very quickly and were prepared to do whatever they needed to do. When he came in he took a few minutes to explain what it was he was going to doing and what to expect then her got right to work. The job was done fast and the cleanup was great.

When every James Benny comes to our home it is a great experience. They are always friendly and make sure to protect the life of our heating and air conditioning components. They do a good job and are always on time.
