The shoes looked brand new after he polished them.  His pricing is a little high.  However, the shoes returned to me looked brand new.   So 100 dollars for two brand new pair of shoes is ok.  Quality is impeccable.

The work was done well, although I feel it was a tad bit expensive. |The only actual problem I had was the owners attitude when I went to pick up my boots. I got there right before he was about to close and he was not very pleasant (mind you I had already paid for the work, I just needed to pick up my boots). He didn't say anything out of the way, it was just very obvious that he was unhappy. So obvious, in fact, that I left without getting my boots. I will be going back today or tomorrow to pick them up.

The boot was fixed properly and they did a good job. They even polished the boot. The turnaround time was a week - I thought that was a little lengthy for that type of repair.

Nothing much to tell other than this establishment is a good old fashion shoe cobbler. Owner was pleasant. Did a complete job (including polishing the entire shoe after work was done). My only and quot;complaintand quot; is his price for a pair of heels being $35. However, I understand, considering his establishment is in a strip mall with high rents. I'm just glad I found somebody as I always like to repair my shoes rather than buy new (which is much more expensive!).

It went very well. I found the ower friendly and professional. If I had one problem is was that I could only leave three pair of shoes at a time which required I make four weekly trips but the workmanship was worth it. I drive 20-30 minutes to get this shop but its great to find a cobbler level professional service.

He really seemed to care about his work and have a "thing for shoes"; didn't like that my husband picked up the boots by grabbing them by the outside of the ankle area!
