Very professional - figured out the problem but we needed to order and wait on a part, which we couldn't, unfortunately. But they wouldn't let me pay them even a service charge for their time. I would definitely call them again. They are awesome.

They were pretty good, very prompt and very efficient. They did what they said they were going to do. I chose to use them since I have been using them on and off for the past twenty five years.

Garage Door Service
When I tried to use my garage door opener it would just run. I thought it was maybe stuck or something, but it wouldn't lift the door at all. I called Ballard Garage Door Services and they came right over. It took them about thirty minutes. They were very nice.
