The sales were outstanding, excellent sales men, excellent sales team. Actually, I was looking at another, I wanted to buy the Ford Platinum F-150 at another dealership and the dealership had closed. They were stilling trying to get me to say okay. I told them no, l wanted to think about it. They let me take the truck home, drove the wife. But I went down the street to this one, told them what was going on. They said that's way overpriced. We'll sell you the next one down. I test drove it. It had everything on it, all the bells and whistles, except for the ambient light, the shocks. I wound up buying from them which made me not so welcome at the other one. Because they returned the Platinum to them, I mean they took my truck in as trade so it stayed there. They let me drive the vehicle I was looking to buy home which was their top of the line Ford F-150. I just went down the street, turned that in to the dealership and bought Lariat.

I was having trouble with my F-150 and knew how hard it would be to get in to the dealership on a Sat. morning with no appointment. Lee and his main tech got us in; we were new to the area and still in the process of moving and needed to get back to Nashville. They squeezed us in and checked out the truck. It was a huge amount and I was fretting over how much money we actually had. Lee suggested financing options that were available. Lee and his tech were doing everything in their power to get our truck done before closing. They almost made it, but opted to stay over to complete the job. During our 6 hour stay at the service department, Lee provided us the opportunity of a rental car so I could get my daughter out for a short while. Lee kept us up to date and informed of everything going on with my truck. Lee, his tech and the cashier at the service department were all a huge help in a stressful time for me and my daughter who were so far from home. We will come back here for service and to purchase a new vehicle in the near future.

We were pleased with them as they did a good job.  The color matched perfectly though there was a slight problem with it in the beginning, but there was no hassle.  I took it back and they fixed it.  They got it right for me.  The price was taken care by the insurance.

I scheduled an appointment to have the automatic door lock repaired for an under warranty 2013 Ford Explorer. This dealership scheduled the appointment for two weeks from the time I called. Had the Explorer there as told at 930 a.m. On the scheduled date. The service advisors name we dealt with was Barbara. She told my wife it would be a two hour repair and if she needed to run errands to do so. My son followed my wife to the dealership so she would have a ride home. Barbara also told my wife that the shuttle service the dealership provides would pick her up and drive her back to the dealership when the car was ready. At around noon my wife called Barbara and left a voicemail to see if the car was ready....no call back from Barbara. My wife tried again 30 minutes later...had to leave voicemail...and no call back. So at 1 pm my wife called again and asked to speak to someone else in the service department. One of the techs got Barbara on the phone. Barbara told my wife they didn't have the part. I don't understand how they didn't have the part when it's a module that needed replacing and they knew two weeks in advance this car was coming in with this problem. Barbara told my wife they would have to put it back together and she would send the shuttle to pick her up. She said the shuttle would be at our house at 2:30. The shuttle arrived at almost 4pm. When my wife arrived back at the dealership I had told her that I talked to Barbara about this issue. Mind you it took three phone calls to Barbara leaving voicemails and she finally called back. I expressed my displeasure as to why they didn't have the part, she told my wife it would be a two hour repair, and the shuttle was way late not to mention the fact Barbara doesn't answer the phone. This turned into an all day affair and no repair. While at the dealership my wife remembered that the AM reception was very poor. Barbara asked one of the mechanics that does this type work about it. He said it would be a five hour job to replace the antenna. My wife told Barbara she would like that work done next time she brought it in since they now had to order the part for the door lock and we had to take the car back. The mechanic (Jason) didn't seem to thrilled about the antenna job and told my wife and quot;they are doing away with AM radio soon anyway.and quot; The dealership ordered the parts and my wife took the Explorer back yesterday. The dealership didn't have a car for my wife to drive so they arranged a rental car at their expense. The door lock was to take two hours and the antenna five hours. My wife got the car to the dealership at 11am and Barbara told her it would be ready the next day. My wife explained that she had to pick up our grandson from daycare at 3:30pm so she needed the car before then on that next day.....no problem said Barbara. We'll here it is at 5pm on the second day and my wife is turning the rental car in after having to transfer a car seat to go get my grandson. They just finished with the car.......so much for having it ready when they said they would. Terrible service. I am so disappointed with the whole transaction. There was poor planning by the dealership, being told one thing but nothing close in the results. I will not use this dealership again. If you're thinking of buying a new car and quot;under warrantyand quot; from this dealership please remember this write up if you ever need warranty work done. I will take it to another dealership next time for sure. In closing, they need to do what they say and answer the dang phone. Thank you.

Very Well Tommy Barkley was our sales associate, and I HIGHLY recommend him. My son recommended him to me and he has become our go to guy for buying Fords. My son just bought a new work truck and my daughter a new Mustang. I helped my daughter since this was her first car and we also got the oil change and tire plan. Tommy is very patient and definitely knows what he's doing in getting you the best deal. We all know they don't work for free, so they have to make some money, but I am very pleased with the deal and very thankful for his attention in taking care of all the paper work and getting us the car she wanted and out the door in a timely fashion. Tommy assured my daughter if she needed anything for her new car, maintenance wise or not, to see him and he would get her to the right people. He got us hooked up with the service person and gave my daughter his card to insure she would have a point of contact when she came in for her service. I will call Tommy to buy my vehicles in the future.
