I've used Austin's for 15 years. They have responded to serious problems immediately and have always had fair pricing.
They have installed dual hvac systems in two homes for me, i.e.,4 systems in all. Equipment installed is high of high quality and reliable. Job is done thoroughly and never a need to call back on any installation problems.
This year's job as described above was done well under very hot weather conditions, when they were (and I'm sure still are) continuously busy but got to us as soon as they could.
I have recommended them to friends and neighbors, which I typically do not do with service companies.

Arrived on time, got the job done, quickly and cleanly, courteous, gave us a very fair price esp. for a Satureday.

Always arrived on time, were clean and polite, explained what they were doing and offered opinions when asked about options. We have used them in 2 different houses now and would call again and again.

From the time I called Austin Airconditioning until the job was finished, they handled everything professionally and was very knowledgeable. They were friendly and answered all my questions and explained what, how and why they doing everything. Chad did not and would not accept any money until the job was finished and I was completely satisfied. It was a pleasant experience. I would definately use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

It was an emergency. They told me when they could or couldn't come. They got there exactly when agreed, Chad Austin was the lead person and his assistant was named Duey. They fixed and cleaned everything, they didn't think that my comments were silly or they didn't show that they thought they were silly. They pretty much explained everything to me and went through all the steps and told me everything. My only thing is they could have helped clean up a little bit better but they were trying to avoid things getting messed up, so I'm not going to really mark them down on that. I would have them again if there was anything, they seemed very good I am calling very fresh in the experience because they only fixed it yesterday and they did warn me about parts that could go out again.

The installation went very well. They were on time as scheduled. They are dependable every time that I call them. They do a quality job. I would recommend this company to others. They would do a great job for anyone needing heating or air conditioning.

We received wonderful service from them. They were friendly and knowledgeable of their work. Everything is operating wonderful. We have not had any issues with the service or the equipment they installed in our home. We are very happy with the work they did.

They were very nice men, polite and on schedule. They worked efficiently and our unit works just fine. I thought it was a fairly extensive job but I guess it wasn't that bad as they installed all new duct work. They left the work area spotless. I have and will again recommend this company.

I am really happy with the service we got from them. They got the old furnace out and the new one in the attic in just one day. They also put the new air conditioner in on the same day. Both of them have worked great.

We had a few quotes, not that many. We found this company to not only have a real good price, but they have a lot of experience. They have been in business for a long time. We were treated with great respect. They really knew how to treat their customers. We had all of our questions answered quickly. They did not leave an unsightly mess for us to have to clean up. We will definitely recommend their services to anybody.

I am very satisfied with the change. The furnace is just like the old furnace and it works well. They had no problems getting it in and out of here quickly. The old one was also disposed of and everything was cleaned up rather nicely. I would have to say that they were extremely nice and they did an extremely well job with everything. I have had no issues since they were here to replace the existing furnace. At this time, I do not recall what I actually paid for the furnace.

I was very pleased with the work that was done and I thought they did a great job. They were courteous and polite. They did a good job cleaning up after and they made sure that we knew had to operate the new units.

They left absolutely no mess behind. They double checked their work before they left. They made sure everything worked properly. They even made sure we knew how to work everything about the new system. Their prices was one of the very best quotes we received. We would recommend their services to anyone.

We had so many sub-contractors running through our house at once but they were able to get their part done in a timely manner. The system is working just excellent. Our new ducts placed in the two new bathrooms are delivering air like they should. I paid the general contractor and he handled all the subs.

I recommend this company to everyone. They do good work. They are clean and efficient. They come here and just do their job with no hassles. I have used their services many times. I am a satisfied customer.
