I haven't move in 35 years. Everybody I know uses them. They are contracted with the Federal Government to move service people from the United States like to Germany or something. United is a big company, an international company. It's a family own company by a man and his cousin. Their fathers started the franchise, maybe 50 or 60 years ago. It has a lot of history and they do a good job. They take care of anything if anything should be damaged, but they come in with their machines. They come in and they just want you out of their way, and everything is wrapped and moved. They are so efficient that it's just winding.

Very professional and personable. Driver was super friendly and movers were quick, careful and courteous.

They were great. Everyone they sent out was wonderful.

They did the work on a ten day notice. They were outstanding. I rate them high overall and will definitely use them again in the future.

I contacted them and got an estimate to move me to Birmingham. I am not using them this time. The experience was all right, but not great. They damaged or broke over $7,000 worth of valuable furniture. After 12 years I still have broken furniture that they haven't fixed. My experience for the estimate was good. I interviewed them again because I had forgotten until I found some paperwork and they are not the company for me.

They were very communicative. They were running behind due to inclement weather, but kept in touch with us all the. They did a good job loading, and found good people for unloading as well. Their price was reasonable. Overall, they did a great job! Both the individual I worked with through the company and the van driver were excellent.

United treated us rather well. They made our move as stress-free as possible which we appreciated. Our belongings were treated with the maximum level of care and if we needed this national company in the future, we would call them in a minute. This was a job transfer move so I am not sure what the price of the move was.
