First Baptist Church of Union City, TN recently purchased a new Boston Grand Piano which was delivered and installed on 9/10/25. Our sales representative, Gabe Statom, so willingly helped us get this project for our church started. He made several very helpful visits to our church, speaking with our Minister of Music and myself as pianist of the church. He kept up with our fund-raising program through texts and phone calls. From the beginning of choosing which piano we wanted, setting up the fund-raising program, and to the final payment for the piano, Gabe's patience, advice, and enthusiastic attitude were very much appreciated. The delivery team of Wesley, Warren, Christen, Adam, and Nick carefully worked to remove the old piano and install the new one. Because of the location in a music pit, it was a very difficult move for both pianos with many different angles which had to be overcome with sheer knowledge and strength. This moving team did a phenomenal job!!

The people working there are knowledgeable and they're willing to help their customers. They're extremely nice there. They have effort and they can get the instrument back out very quickly to their customers. They're not the cheapest price but as far as dependability and reliability they would be.

They go through the schools and offer new and used instruments. They offer payments as well.
