owner. In 2005 one of three A/C units became inoperable. I called Trane and was
informed the units were three (3) months out of warranty.
I started doing research and obtaining estimates to replace the unit and
received estimates as high as $7000 to replace one unit of five tons. I called
American Refrigeration and a representative was at my home the next morning.
The Rep was on time and was very personable and went about his task of
evaluating what I needed to make my system whole. The Rep obtained all the
information he needed and told me he would call me with a final estimate.
The same day, the Rep called me back and gave me an estimate to replace the bad
unit. The price was so reasonable I initially did not believe the Rep. the Rep
also gave me a very reasonable estimate to service and repair the two old
units. Within two days, American Refrigeration had two technicians at my door,
and within four hours, I had one new five ton unit installed and two old
units that worked like new.
The job was fast, clean, and thorough, and the Technicians were very courteous
and neat. It has been eight years since American Refrigeration replaced and repaired my
units and I have had not one single problem since.
I would recommend these guys to anyone needing similar service.
