Alliance Fence

I requested fence installation from Alliance Fence, 1198 Stage Rd, Memphis, Tn 38127. The job was not started on time. I was assured work would be completed on a Friday, but here it is Saturday, and not only is work not done, but I can't get the owner to return my phone calls or text messages. I did my research on the company and they have a "A" with the Better Business Bureau, but after I agreed to have this company to the work, I went back to the BBB site and discovered the company had 2 complaints against them for failure to honor their warranty and not returning phone calls. The owner finally texted me back on a Saturday night with a sob story about him being in a car accident and not being able to return my calls. Meanwhile, he left my yard a mess with hammers, soda cans, water bottles, nails, and I have no fence, and all his equipment left at my home. Not to mention the workers that showed up to my home with "guns on their hip"!!! The was the most scary and horrible experience with any contractor or person in general. DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
