This is the worst plumbing experience I have ever experienced. Absolutely horrible professionalism (from owner and associates), poor customer service, and unreasonable prices. Requested a camera service for a main sewer line and the price changed by $50 from one day to the next. Over the phone, the cost was $175 and once they finished scoping the pipe, the price was $225. Took 5+ days to give me a quote for the insurance company, and it was $1500-$1800 higher than the other quotes. Spoke with the current owner of the company regarding my urgency for a quote for an insurance company and he spoke to me in a patronizing manner with complete disregard for the quality (or lack there of) of service I received. I wouldn't wish the treatment I experienced with this company on anyone. I do not (and will not) recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

It's an old company. His sons and daughter now run the company. Most of their employees are either family or close family members, so it's not like you are having somebody come in to your house that you don't know who they are. Their prices are very reasonable. In fact my husband will not allow another plumber into the house now that we found them.

One of the best plumbers in Mempis is Eddie Nielus who works for Albert Cook. If you get him you know it will be done right. Albert Cook is an old school plumbing company, no fancy presentations or trying to sell you a bunch of add-ons. A fair price with on-time installation and quality work. When comparing to other companies the inside (office/sales) of the business will seem to be out dated, however, the quality of the installation and materials is worth the seemingly outdated methods of the office/sales of the company. Pleasant enough to deal with just don't expect to be smoozed to get the sale. A simple quote do the job type of company.
If you use this company you will be glad you did when the job is done..

Throughout the process from initial estimate to the final vanity install the folks from Cook were prompt, helpful, courteous, efficient and went beyond what I expected to make sure the job was done correctly and completed in a narrow time frame.

We were very pleased with them. He was able to repair expeditiously and at a very fair cost. They are professional, knowledgeable and honest.

They were just okay. They broke a dishtowel bar that was attached nearby and just taped it.

We called Albert Cook Plumbing because our toilets were not flushing properly and the washer machine was not draining. They cabled (cleared) the sewer line. A few days later the same problem occurred. They returned to cable the line, viewed it with a camera, and located a problem with the main sewer line beneath the slab flooring in one of our bedrooms. A few days later they sent a crew to uncover the flooring, dig the dirt, locate and replace the damaged section of pipe. The whole process took 3 to 4 days.

When they came to my home I first asked them to take their shoes off and they didn't. Then I told them that the problems were outside where the leak was coming from and they insisted that it was in the kitchen. I felt that they were professionals so I let them check out the situation. They proceeded to bust two large holes in my kitchen wall and could not find the leak. After they were going for the third I kindly asked them to go outside and check the spicket. They went outside and found the leak and corrected it. The work was still under warranty so I did not have to pay anything. I will continue to use this company because I feel that they have always done quality work for me in the past and this was the first time that I had a bad experience. I will just never allow these two workers to do anything on my home again.

I was not that satisfied with the work done by Albert Cook Plumbing. This is the plumber my contractor chose. The price was included in the contractor s billing. I do not use this plumber normally. They used the absolute cheapest pipes between the two bathrooms, so when you flush the toilet upstairs it sounds like a tsunami downstairs. The workers also wandered through my house when they were only to be working in the bathrooms and kitchen. I was not happy to find them elsewhere.

The got the problem resolved in a timely manner. It is now working great with no problems. The service was covered by warranty because they had done the plumbing work when the home was built. I was pleased with everything about their service.

They were great! The workers were very knowledgeable and they were always easy to get a hold of. If I had a problem, they always responded very quickly and listened to what we wanted.

I like him a lot because he is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is always on time and does a really great job. I had a problem with one of the parts not working right, which was not his fault, and he came out the very next day to fix it and there was no charge. That shows that he is very honest and reliable.
