We find that they are trustworthy.  They explain exactly what they are doing.  Their products are good and we have never had a problem.  We have upgraded to add a humidifier to our heating system.  The technicians are very nice.  They always ask us if there is anything else they can do.  I would like a new disposal and they provided the information for that.  Now, when I am ready, I can go to them.  The don't pressure you to purchase.  They have great communication.  Its never hard to get an appointment and they call when they are on their way if you request.

We use them because we have a yearly service plan and so they come out once a year to service our heating and once a year to service our AC.  Since we have a service plan with them we get a discount on any service they provide and we get moved to the top of the list as far as response to service calls which is very important especially in the middle of the summer when you're air conditioner goes out.
